My sole aim is to give you peace of mind
- Check operations of a/c unit to make sure it is functioning properly. If OK will reset the thermometer to 80 degrees or whatever temperature the owner designates.
- If there is an a/c malfunction will call Owner collect.
- Will flush toilets and brush lime deposits, if you furnish a toilet bowl brush by each toilet.
- Check for leaks.
- Check water heater closet for leaks.
- Check refrigerator for any obvious malfunctions.
- If refrigerator has been turned off whilst the owner is away, upon notification of expected arrival I turn the refrigerator and ice-maker on.
- Replace smoke alarm batteries.
- List any discrepancies on log sheet.
- Call collect in case of serious emergency.
- Should you require basic supplies to be available at your property on your arrival please e/mail a requirement list to me one week before arrival. A copy of the receipt will be left for you to forward payment to me upon your arrival.
- Hurricane/storm damage reports & pictures if necessary.
- Any other requirements are subject to discussion.
